I’ve Been Where You Are

For more than 20 years, I built my career in clinical research. I know what it’s like to manage competing priorities, navigate constant deadlines, and feel the pressure to always perform.

From the outside, everything looked successful.

But behind the scenes, I was exhausted.

I wasn’t just trying to balance a demanding career. I wanted to be fully present for my husband and our two boys. Instead, I often found myself running on empty, mentally carrying tomorrow’s to-do list while trying to enjoy today’s moments.

That wasn’t the life I wanted.

So I stopped asking, “How can I squeeze more into my day?” and started asking, “How can I create a life I actually enjoy living?”

That question changed everything.

Today, I combine my experience in the corporate world with my training as a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach to help high-performing women create success that feels as good as it looks.

Success and well-being shouldn’t compete with each other. They should strengthen each other.
